The three level unit is ground level accessible, steps from your parking. You enter into a grand hallway which leads to the cathedral living room/dining room combination accented by a double sided rustic fireplace.

In addition, on this level, the open deck is accessible from the living room as well as a beautiful enclosed outside deck off of the dining room. The Galley Kitchen is conveniently located also on this level and you dine either informally at the grand kitchen counter or formally in the dining room.

Of course, the flat screen TV is located just above the fireplace accentuated by the accompanying sound system, making this level of the unit the obvious choice when relaxing. One can choose either the barbeque on the deck of this level or in the backyard on the lower level.

We have a beach/toy closet which has beach chairs, beach mat and kids beach toys.

There is a covered patio downstairs for outside activities in inclement weather.  That is in addition to the enclosed porch upstairs. 

There is hardwood and tile on all floors throughout the unit. 

There are all new mattresses in the unit.

The entire third level consists of the master suite fit for royalty. It has a queen sized bed which is located so that the majestic view of the mountains and lake awaken you each morning from the large picture window. Pamper yourself in the spa like bathroom. Don’t forget your bubble bath to soak in the Jacuzzi tub.

The lower level consists of two spacious bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has two twin beds and a dresser. The larger bedrooms has two full beds, a dresser, armore and a sliding glass door to the backyard. The yard has an outdoor barbeque, seating to enjoy the majestic view. A full laundry room facility and a full bath are also on this level. The flat screen TV located in the large bedroom is equipped with a game loaded PlayStation for the kids.
